I wrote "FUFL" when I was a teenager in high school and played the song in my first band Super Duper Scooper. I owe a lot to that band it is common ground for all the members in The Wilson Thrills. We decided to record the song on our first EP as a little hats off to our roots. It was actually our bassists idea to record our own version of it.

The lyrics are about not depending on other people and relying on yourself and God. The meaning for the title will never be revealed because I enjoy all the interpretations of what "FUFL" stands for.
